What does the DEMCC do?
Quarterly meetings
The DEMCC meets every quarter to share updates on current and future monitoring projects, as well as explore ways to collaborate and leverage ongoing monitoring efforts. In addition, meeting hosts typically provide an overview
of their monitoring program.
Annual symposium
Each year, the DEMCC organizes an environmental monitoring symposium. These gatherings offer an opportunity to learn about the current state of environmental monitoring activities in Delaware, discuss upcoming challenges,
and explore opportunities to colloborate on future monitoring campaigns.
technical assistance
The DEMCC can help with locating environmental data or provide assistance with environmental monitoring equipment and methods.
environmental monitoring listserv
The DEMCC coordinates a listserv to help foster coordination and the exchange of ideas around environmental monitoring in Delaware.
